We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

• FREE SHIPPING on orders of $35.00 and up
• Orders under $35.00: USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose

Order Processing Time:

The processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3 to 7 days, based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

Returned Mail:

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost again. We will not resend your package and will instead issue a store credit for the subtotal of your order (not including the shipping fee). No exceptions.

Lipgloss Universe is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (we ship to the address entered at the time of purchase). Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Lipgloss Universe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows your package was delivered to the address you provided at checkout and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. An insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping only.
