i’m starting to gravitate AWAY from lipgloss universe, they have an email for support but never responds to people. i saw that someone else requested 8 tint cherry’s instead of the variety they offered, so i did the same, requested 8 tint cherry’s instead of the variety they offer (i’ve been using cherry since a teenager, it’s home for me). i even emailed to make sure my orders wish can be commanded & i NEVER got an email back. my package was already late and it came with other lipglosses i don’t want. i will be reaching out with wanting to return, because i do not want the other lipglosses. but there’s my fear of not getting any response from them.
i don’t see why the website has an option to add a “order note” when they don’t follow it. i also don’t know WHY they have an email for support, when they DO NOT respond.

Our customer service team did respond to your inquiry in a timely manner, and we have made efforts to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Our bundles are sold as advertised, with a predetermined variety of flavors. While we have previously made exceptions to accommodate customer preferences, these substitutions are a courtesy and are not guaranteed. The order notes section allows customers to communicate requests, but it does not guarantee changes to the products included in a bundle. Unfortunately, situations like this have led us to discontinue custom substitutions for our advertised bundles. Moving forward, customers who prefer a different selection than what is included in the original bundle will need to purchase the available products as listed, or request an order cancellation and refund before shipment. We take customer service seriously and do respond to inquiries. While we understand your disappointment, we also believe it is important to clarify that special requests are not guaranteed modifications to an order.
